The way people think, reflect on and do their work is for sure varies from one to another. Many skills, personality traits, and leadership qualities make a difference between people.

Most of us try to predict what will happen in the future. We think about what will occur in everything we are doing. “What will happen if we change our plan”? “Whether an investment will pay off “? (before we do anything)

So, we analyze, evaluate, and create many scenarios; we think and overthink before any action. After all this thinking in different strategies analyses, we often do nothing; we don’t do anything!

But let us think together honestly, is there any way to let us know what will happen in the future?

Not knowing the future shouldn’t hold us back; instead, we should not hesitate to try the available options and move forward.

Don’t hold yourself self-back because you don’t know.

Don’t say, if I know I will get promoted; then I will work harder. Or say, if I know our clients will pay more, then we would do better!

Successful people with branded qualities work harder first; they are successful and get promotions.

Successful businesses provide value first to gain clients’ trust, thus, more revenue.

Most people think they will return before doing the hard work. It will never happen!
